NovaCare Rehabilitation is open to assist you.
To our community:
As the COVID-19 situation continues to change by the day, we wanted to take this time to say we hope that you, and all those around you, remain healthy both physically and mentally during the coming weeks.
At this time, the CDC considers physical therapy an essential job for the well-being of the population. We also feel a moral obligation to continue using our expert clinical care to improve the lives of those we treat. Several of our patients may opt out of their care plan during this time, and we support their decision to follow guidelines and limit exposure. However, there are others who depend on us and need access to our services, especially to manage debilitating chronic pain or to regain function following recent surgeries.
The CDC, State of Illinois, and NovaCare’s policy at this time is to remain open and continue to serve our community while carefully monitoring the evolving situation. The safety and health of our patients and staff is and will always remain our top priority. We are taking extensive measures to ensure the safest environment possible including but not limited to: patient and staff screening measures, staggering staff and patients to increase social distancing, limiting the visitors allowed with patients, increased frequency and time spent cleaning equipment, increased use of gloves while providing manual care and diligence with hand washing for staff and patients.
As healthcare providers, we’ll remain true to our profession, patient’s, and the well being of the community. Please feel free to contact us via phone at (847) 934-7330 with any questions or concerns or schedule an appointment thru our WebSite.
