Mint Dentistry is currently taking Virtual Visits to manage patients with dental concerns to determine if their need can safely be postponed until the shelter in place order is removed.
We are seeing patients with dental pain and emergencies in the office, in an effort to reduce Emergency Room overload.
Our hours are: Tues/Wed 7:30-4:30 ; Thurs 9-6 ; Fri 7:30-1 ; Saturday by appointment
It has come to my attention that many local dental offices have closed their doors since the ISDS and ADA recommendations. Although I understand why, it also risks patients with dental emergencies having nowhere to go. It is extremely critical to keep these patients out of the emergency rooms, to keep them healthy and so the healthcare team can focus on treating the sick.
To help prevent an overload at the ER’s, I have developed a way to keep patients healthy at home by providing secure and private “Virtual Dental Visits”, as well as seeing patients with true dental emergencies at the office. If you are interested in learning more or sharing, below is a link to the personal video I created to educate my patients and their friends and families. If you have trouble opening the link, the video is posted on the Mint Dentistry Facebook page. I want to do my part to flatten the curve while making sure our communities dental needs are still taken care of.
