A Message From Heartland:
Trying times define character. Character of a person, character of a family, character of a community, and character of a village. I have had the pleasure of living in and around Palatine for the better part of the last 25 years and challenge anyone to show me a village with any finer character. I had the privilege of listening to our Mayor, Jim Schwantz, deliver the “State of Palatine” address about three weeks ago and was so impressed with how well we are doing socially, economically, and physically.
And then the bottom fell out! COVID-19, has paralyzed our village. I know that there are many members of the chamber of palatine, and non-members as well, who are trying to make ends meet in the face of this international pandemic.
I am reaching out to all of you today to inform you about an alternative lending solution that is intended to help those of us in need find the necessary capital to weather the storm. We partner with banks, lending institutions, and other financial entities, to find money quickly and efficiently. If you are affected by the recent events and are in need of a line of credit or a bridge loan to get you through, please see the attached information sheet. Traditional banks and government subsidies will be available eventually. I just wanted to get this out to help those fellow Palatine business owner’s whose needs are somewhat more immediate.
Please let me know if you have a need or desire to apply for assistance.
I have seen this process clear monies for those in need in as little as three days. We have fantastic ratings and even better security. This can be an effective solution for what I hope is a short-lived hurdle. If I can help you with this or any other business solutions, I will do everything I can do. I am always available by phone at (224) 279-9363 or eMail. Please reach out and I will point you in the right direction.
Warm Regards and a speedy return to the norm,
