Our building is closed for business but POC staff members continue to work with families to connect them with community resources including food, clothing, rent assistance, healthcare, and immigration rights.
The Bridge Youth and Family Services is available to help!
The Bridge has helped young people and their families achieve social and emotional health for over 50 years. Our offices in the Palatine Township Building are currently closed except to essential staff members. Counselors will continue to provide counseling to kids and families via phone and online apps.
Our 24/7 Crisis Team also remains on-call to respond to runaway, self-harm, lock-out, and other crisis situations. Our annual fundraising gala will take place online this year–a silent auction, raffle, and stories from clients and counselors are the highlights of the virtual event. It’s essential that we continue to raise funds and provide vital services to youth in the community.

The Palatine Public Library is closed until further notice.
We care about the safety of our visitors and staff. While we are closed all Library facilities will be getting a deep cleaning. Cleaning crews are using hospital grade disinfectant and thoroughly cleaning all touchpoint surfaces such as tabletops, doorknobs, light switches, and railings.
